Brongkos Tempe (Main Course)
Brongkos tempe is one of the traditional foods typical of Yogyakarta. This food has a distinctive spice taste and has a blackish color. This vegetable is made from ingredients such as tholo beans, tofu, and spices such as onion, garlic, candlenut, coriander, coconut milk, and kluwak. This kluwak is what makes the color of the soup black, usually this dish will also be equipped with additional eggs or beef.
