Sate Klathak (Main Course)
Sate klathak is one of the specialties of Yogyakarta, named sate klathak because it comes from the sound of "klathak-klathak" when this satay is burned because it is only seasoned with salt. The taste of this satay tends to be salty and crisp, besides that this satay is unique because the skewers use bicycle bars. This satay is enjoyed served together with goulash soup.
