Sate Karang (Main Course)
Sate karang is one of the specialties of Kotagede area, Yogyakarta. Named sate karang because this satay is sold in Lapangan Karang, Kotagede. This satay is special because it is made from beef and comes with peanut seasoning. This beef satay is served together with rice cake and thinly sliced tempeh slices and spicy soup.
