Sambal Belut (Condiment)
Sambal belut is one of the specialties of Yogyakarta. Eel sauce is processed by frying eel, then removed the thorns and the eel is ground. This sambal belut is made from young coconut which is given a mixture of spices such as garlic, chili, salt, and kencur so that the taste of this chili sauce will be typical of kencur flavor.
