Gudangan (Main Course)
Gudangan is one of the traditional foods made from a mixture of boiled vegetables such as lotek, but the spices used in this warehouse are different from lotek, the spice used is shredded young coconut mixed with finely ground onion, garlic, and chili. Common vegetables used on this menu are carrots, bean sprouts, long beans, and spinach.
