Lotek is a traditional food that is a typical food from the Yogyakarta region, lotek has a sweet and legit taste and thick peanut seasoning. Lotek is made from a mixture of boiled vegetables such as bean sprouts, spinach, and long beans, but there are some that add kale and raw vegetables such as cabbage and tomatoes. In addition to vegetables, it is also equipped with fried bakwan, ketupat and served with a sprinkling of shallots and crackers.
