Mi Jawa Godog (Main Course)
Javanese noodles are one of Yogyakarta's specialties, the cooking of these noodles is still done traditionally, using a stove made of clay (brazier) and coals from charcoal, so that this noodle has a distinctive taste. These noodles are also cooked one by one not simultaneously in several portions, this method also supports the quality of the taste of this noodle.
