Lethek noodles are foods originating from the area of Srandakan, Bantul, lethek noodles are made from cassava flour mixed with geplek, mixing the ingredients for making these noodles is still done traditionally, using driving force, cows. In Javanese, lethek means dirty, so named because this noodle has 
Cloudy appearance, unlike other noodles in general that have a yellow or white color.
