Pentil noodles are traditional foods in the form of noodles that can be found in many areas of Pundong, Bantul. The uniqueness of this noodle is the basic ingredient, where this noodle is made from cassava starch, this noodle is long with a rather large size and consists of two colors, namely yellow and white. It is called pentil noodles because these noodles have a chewy texture like tire valves.
