Tempe benguk besengek is a traditional food originating from the Kulon Progo area, Yogyakarta, tempe benguk besengek is usually enjoyed together with geblek, called tempe benguk because this tempeh is made from the basic ingredients of benguk (tempeh made from bean seeds) which is processed together with coconut milk, Javanese sugar, and spices and spices.
