Geblek (Snacks)
Geblek is a traditional food typical of the Kulon Progo area. Geblek is made from cassava (cassava) or what is usually called tapioca flour or aci which is still wet. Geblek will be very delicious to enjoy while it is still hot, because when it cools its texture will become tough and hard.
