Bakpia is a typical local food from Yogyakarta which  consists of various flavors and is one of the favorite snacks of tourists and is often used as a souvenir. Bakpia is made from green beans and brown sugar wrapped in a skin made from wheat flour and then baked. Basically, the contents of bakpia are not just green beans, but some are also filled with black beans, cheese, red beans, chocolate, durian and many more.
