Manggleng is a traditional food originating from the island of Java, Yogyakarta. It is made from cassava (cassava). Menggleng is made using a fairly long process, starting from steaming, cutting, drying, to frying. Manggleng generally has a savory taste from salt and garlic, but over time. Manggleng comes in various flavors such as cheese, balado, spicy, and others.
